This week I managed to complete these three 10x6 mixed media/collage pieces that I will submit to an upcoming small works show in Livermore CA. Fingers crossed - wish me luck!

3 Square Art in Fort Collins Colorado is hosting a show '100 Square Inches of Art'. I submitted these four mixed media/collage pieces that fit the size criteria. All four are part of the Moon Series. I will learn later this month if any are accepted for the show. The opening reception is October 18 and the show runs until December 22. WISH ME LUCK! --- I would be soooooo honored to get in this exhibit!

Many of you know that my life partner sweet hubby, Jamie Bethel, passed away suddenly September 1st, 2023. It's been a year of huge change for me: challenging, often frightening, and frequently rewarding.
Jamie and I both loved the South Oregon Coast. I painted some of our favorite haunts and have a corner of my bedroom dedicated to those memories. This is the latest.
ICYMI, I had several paintings accepted for the Alameda County Fair (CA) art exhibit this summer.
I was surprised and pleased that this 11x14 mixed media & collage took top prize in its category. I titled it 'Conundrum'.
